Hi Everyone,
My name is Luciel, I´m half Spanish and half Irish, born in London, UK (triple nationality). I´m a hardware engineer, or at least that´s what I studied at uni (HW Design & Engineering). Unfortunately jobs matching this criteria are hard to find and get so I ended up doing all sorts of technology related jobs.
Currently I work during the day as the European PR for Lamptron, a pc components brand centered around modding products based in China (www.lamptron.com) and during the night I design and fabricate custom computers, be them for me or for clients.

Hi Everyone,
So I have a few projects in the cooking stages which I mostly work on when I get time to do so. That said, I will be going to the Campus Party Europe 2013 in the O2 Arena in London and I haven´t made a mod in a week project since Fallout Cause SP back at the end of 2011. I´ve just come out of an awfull illness based weekend and 7 days from now I´ll be flying to the UK to the campus, to give a couple of speeches, do some work at the modding workshop and generally have a great time and hopefully meet a bunch of you.
So it seems like the perfect time to go about doing one of these Mod in a Week projects, to be specific, a version

Road to Campus Party Europe.

So, for those of you who don´t know, next week I´ll be in London in the Campus Party Europe (O2 Arena), I´ll be giving a speech on steampunk in modding, tendencies and variations, design vs functionality which you´ll be able to see live through the campus party website and of course later on as well once they upload the complete video. I´ll also be participating in another speech with Antony Leather (bit-tech.net, Custom PC, Forbes) & Nate George (e22.biz) which should be very interesting! Lastly but not least, I´ll be showing people how to paint in the modding workshop.

Campus Party Europe (London)

I received a very interesting call a couple of days ago from the Campus Party organizers, and well, long story made short.... it seems I will be attending the Campus Party Europe event in London´s O2 Arena (Millinium Dome) on the 2nd of september throughout the week to give a conference on steampunk and modding and participating in the modding workshop in order to give a paint effects crash course. I´ll be with a few other fellow expert modders in their own fileds and the idea would be to create an "all-star" project between all of us, not sure how that´s going to work out but it certainly sounds interesting.
